Peacefully at UHW on 21st January 2017, Pat sadly passed away, aged 89 years. Wife of the late Thomas (Tom), Mother to Maureen, Michael, Rosemary and Bryan, beloved Grandmother and Great Grandmother, Sister to Margaret, Bernard and the late Terry, Elaine and Joan.
Resting at Coles Funeral Directors until the service to be held on Friday 10th February at 2.15pm at St Cadoc’s Catholic Church, Llanrumney, prior to cremation at Thornhill Crematorium (Briwnant Chapel) at 3.45pm. No black attire by request. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired, may be made to Alzheimers Society, Tygwyn Road, Penylan, Cardiff, CF23 5DA in memory of Pat.
